My little Monkey and I
Last Saturday my son’s school had a Halloween event called “Trunk or Treat”, basically participants decorated their trunks and the kids came around and received treats at each trunk. Later they had other events like ring toss, balloons, a costume contest, crafts, and a cake walk — we won a pumpkin cupcakes!
We all had a great time hanging out with a few neighbors and seeing all of the great trunks-some of them were really cool. I actually had no idea we were supposed to decorate our trunks so we made a quick dash to a dollar store for whatever we could find and I pulled all things Halloween off of my front porch and decorated my trunk as best I could. Next year…I’ll be better prepared. I’m thinking fog!
