I need to start eating healthier period because my kids refuse to let me eat much. If I can find a way to even eat as much as they do I know i’d feel a lot better.
i try to go out walking each night after dinner to burn off some calories and have cut out soda for more water
i eat quite a bit of oatmeal for more fiber
