“I am not per­fect, nor do I strive to be.” Unfor­tu­nately for so many, many moth­ers we feel this need to be per­fect. To jug­gle moth­er­hood, work (in or out­side of the home), our hus­bands, friends…in other words…life. We try to “have it all”, with out falling com­pletely apart. I’ve been called a “super mom” or a per­fect mom by friends. It’s a won­der­ful com­pli­ment but very far from the truth. Yes. I’ll admit moth­er­hood comes very nat­u­rally to me.
